What Do I Get with my Gift Card?
- Upon purchase of a gift card you will receive an email with the details of the gift card
- The gift card gives you store credit ($50, $100, $150 AUD) that you can use to purchase any of WB Jewellery's products
- The gift card is not redeemable for cash
Redeeming Gift Cards
- The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order, as long as there is still a balance on the gift card.
- Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
- Gift cards can be used together with discount codes.
- Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order.
- A gift card can't be used to buy another gift card.
What if my Gift Card Doesn't Cover the Entire price of the Product?
- If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, click Complete order.
- If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose an additional payment method for the balance before placing the order. This includes adding another gift card.
How Do I Check my Gift Card's Balance?
When purchasing a gift card, you will receive an email. It will contain a link allowing you to check the balance.
When Does my Gift Card Expire?
The gift card expires one year from the date of purchase.
